Issue With Printer


i know isn't hp forum, have found guys helpful thought post issue here; thank in advance help. have hp 2540 printer, it's worked fine till now. levels show more half full ink in 3 colors including black. issue is, stuff prints out top of letters cut off. particularly @ beginning of new lines, top half of every word in line truncated see bottom of letter, not top.

tried cleaning, level 1 , 2, hasn't seemed help. have seen issue before printers? thank replies.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
