Mac Pro 5.1 (flashed) doesn‘t boot


hello. have mac pro 4.1 (with flash on 5.1), 64 gb of ram , dual cpu board. graphics sapphire radeon hd7950 mac edition.
hard drives include 500gb samsung evo 840 high sierra, 500gb samsung evo 750 storage, 500gb samsung evo 850 windows 10 bootcamp, , 1tb hdd itunes , photo library.

problem: had cmos battery changed today, since not boot anymore.

mac hangs in different places in boot screen loading bar.

pram reset nothing brought.
cable off, wait 15 seconds, plug in , after 5 seconds turn on nothing brought.
single-user not going boot.
secured boats not work.
verbose mode not boot.

hard drives out, pcie-usb-3 card out, empty hdd in , try boot usb-stick not.

actually, nothing works anymore. changed battery back, nothing works anymore, stays in boot-screen loading bar.

help!!!

knows advice?
 

did install graphics card correctly after installing cmos battery? no bent pins?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
