The apple service experts in my country are stumped. Can anyone here help?


i have 2016 macbook pro touchbar. top left usb c port stopped working after booted laptop after not using few days (from 0% charge). device passed ast2/mri test , reset mlb , started working. given laptop , same issue started again usb c port on right side (the left side working). after reset, started working again.

same issue reoccured third time. according them there no hardware issue, can't keep on giving them software reset. know whats wrong , apple policy (its still under warranty) in terms of replacing laptops have no apparent hardware malfunctions have weird issues require repeated advanced software intervention?

country has no official apple stores , geniuses etc think replacement policy same countries.
