Can anyone recommend Linux Tv box

posting here there no “alternative apple tv” section.

looking hq linux box (won’t touch android) stream movies tc , other drives connected it. looking best picture quality , airplay facility that’s not essential have atv3 , atv4. streaming apple tv not giving me enough picture when camera pans, image jerky.

 

a jerky image has refresh settings. tv , proper settings can overcome this. what's issue android? it's linux not? best streaming box can nvidia shield.
