Missing e mails after High Sierra install form Sierra

installed new high sierra on new mb -also have mbaqanga , 2016 mb same cloud account , noticed had 14,000 e mails on mba , 2016 mb 2500 on new 2017 mb. e mail working great how fo old e mails - still on server btinternet / yahoo
 

assuming accounts imap....

1) create new folder in each account. name account: e.g."account icloud", "account gmail", "account btinternet". identify folder contains data.

2) remove account in mail. takes system preferences > internet accounts. remove account. don't uncheck...remove.

3) verify data removed in user's library > mail > v5. see link steps verify (directions specific gmail. use folder names created identify account(s) removed.

4) mail quit, go user's library/containers , remove com.apple.mail folder.
5) restart
6) go system preferences > internet accounts , add account 1 @ time. checking after each make sure it's working correctly.

Other Unknown error

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
