Handoff on iOS 11.1.1


after upgrading ios 11.1.1 (at least, noticed problem after that), handoff function stopped working properly. iphone , mac (macos high sierra) not synchronize clipboard, iphone can not open mac page running on mac (but mac can open page launched in browser of iphone).


surprisingly, synchronization call , sms works - if call or sms on iphone, notification of appears on mac. mac can receive calls iphone, can not call using facetime iphone.


please check if there such problem you. in country there no apple stores, can not report problem. tried enter bug reoprts apple website, did not work. apparently, because have not developer account.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
