Home Am I missing anything with AppleTV 4K and HomeKit?


i’ve upgraded 3rd generation 4k, , guess expected there home app on 4k, similar phone/ipad app. had ipads set hubs. now, apple tv, i’ve checked under icloud, , i’m connected home. and— that’s it? there’s select apple tv hub? control automations?
 

i have apple tv 4 , i’m os/capabilities should same..

you’ve said correct..as long says connected hub - should go.

home app , control/setup should done through ios device far know.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
