zoon method on Apple TV SD shows


is there way prevent zoom method on tv shows (both home sharing or itunes tv shows) (4:3), keep accidentally doing siri remote, , have no idea how accomplish this..

when playing 4:3 tv show on 16:9 tv "zoom" method crops black bars either side. there no adjustment preserve aspect ratio, zoomed in fill entire display because see parts of heads chopped off, or titles on scanned off bottom of display in part.

in setting on appletv 4, have 16:9 16:9 , 4:3 4:3 sd.

there way of disabling this?
 

press pause , tap twice on trackpad of atv remote. zooms in or out - may help! :)

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
