Broken speakers after Genius Bar visit


i had bring 2016 mbp genius bar because of faulty logic board , replaced (and display) last week. when got back, noticed speakers sound i'd hear sound headphones when they're not plugged in ears (very low, bit distorted).

i've tried common tricks (install fresh os, pram , smc reset, check system settings if improperly configured..) nothing helped.

guess i'll have bring genius bar (which doesn't have appointments next 7 days.. love it). before that, ideas if there else can check?
 

take genius bar , make them fix it.
polite, talk store manager.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
