the eu agreed on stricter crypto currency rules try prevent money laundering, tax evasion , financing of terrorism.

essentially, ends anonymous transactions , crypto currency transactions require transaction users identified government.

believe crypto currency needs regulations , sounds should implement.

bitcoin bubble burst ?
 

all transactions catalogued on block chain. thing regulations drive tech towards more anonymous coins.

legislation affects centralized online wallets/exchanges, bitcoin decentralized, can make own wallet , not go through central authority won't have name.

btw bitcoin hit new high.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
