iPhone X Iphone X welcome Screen Bug


hello,

i'm experiencing strange bug, iphone x (64gb) seems update on night. if wake , check phone got white 'hello/hola etc. welcome iphone screen' , have agree terms , conditions of apple. can continue use phone normally.

happens @ night, (i charge phone on night), i'm on ios 11.2 , it's second x exchanged first 1 (256gb) since bug bad appeared every night. background app refresh etc. turned off.

has had issue before? contacted apple support , seem clueless me. don't know anymore since exchanged phone , still seems issue. maybe backup faulty?

my guess faulty sim card swapping sim cards present screen too.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
