Where are the best places to shop?

i looking @ b&h photo in ny, ny. seem have lowest prices no tax deal, , offering extended return window through feb. 1st right now. in fine print says computers can't returned if package has been opened. kind of return policy that!?

called b&h. man on phone said tablets not computers , therefore can returned if package has been opened, of course be, if it's gift, extended return period supposed about. asked him if in writing anyplace on website. no, can't find anyplace. of course tablets computers , b&h has them listed under "computers" , think that's next man on phone in return authorization department if try return one. there reputable places left shop besides costco?

b&h authorized dealer of apple , 1 of largest online photography dealers. b&h authorized dealer of major electronic manufactures. similar best buy in sell lot of gadgets , have return policy. electronic stores have return policy (duh). give store credit or refund, , maybe restocking fee. b&h , best buy have rewards program. take pick @ 1 want go to. i've used b&h price match @ target , best buy.

b&h package discreet. micro center , small dog have deals too.
