Help Transfering iTunes Library PC to Mac

please read carefully. know bit lengthy.

making move retire pc new imac. on 6 years ago when got macbook pro went through used text editor , edited .itl file change path etc. worked fine has been long forgot did. essentially, want transfer entire itunes library pc mac. current macbook pro itunes library same music pc not have huge movie , home video collection in library.

other thing going have rename paths media files. have assigned letters various drives on pc various files located. have on pc now:

for primary home:

music including itunes folder located in music folder located on separate internal hard drive labeled d: music folder remain on mac internal drive because 75gb.

movie collection on 2tb , home videos located on network drive labeled x:
streams appletv.

itunes library on mac point movies , home videos on network drive.

for secondary beach house:

have 6tb external hard drive connected mac using media server , want transfer itunes library mac locating media in similar fashion primary home except movies , home movies on external drive instead of network drive.

pc easy because assign external drive , network drive x:

not let itunes manage media, instead manually.

please advise how can make transition mac.
