iPhone 8(+) iPhone Wifi sync problem


hello,

trying setup itunes sync on wifi.
i'm using windows 10 itunes 12.7.

have 2 iphones, 1 iphone 6 (ios 8), , other iphone 8 (ios 11).
itunes seeing iphones (iphone 6 , iphone 8), , i'm able sync itunes on wifi,
in iphone (both of them), when go to,
settings -> general -> itunes wi-fi sync , says:

"to enable wi-fi syncing itunes, connect itunes on computer, using cable , click "sync iphone on wi-fi."

it's not showing pc name should.
i'm not able activate sync iphone.
have tried everything, restart iphone, reset network settings on iphone.
installing itunes again, reset router.
restart "apple mobile device" service.

there solution this?

do have extended wi-fi network?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
