Unable to Track By Reference - Anyone else?

have iphone x preorder (still slated november 3rd delivery) - no combination of order number or phone number allow me track it.

i'm located in southern california, preorder iphone x, silver, 256gb verizon.

wanted make sure i'm entering ups reference correctly. should either phone number associated shipping address or w123456789 order number. in example, should entering w1234567 (and omit 8 &9)? if so, has not worked me @ , i'm getting worried.

has else encountered problem?
