After thinking about, I went for the MBA 2017


hi there,

replaced old , reliable macbook pro 13" 2009 mba 2017. these main reasons,

a) price, got in barcelona 1,100 € 256 gb, , office pack included.
b) ports. still use third party accessories , , usb-c computer having ipad , own.
c) battery life , portability. nightmare have old machine drain out of battery often, went best option available in aspect.

have never spent more 1,300 € computer, consider current needs, , although retina screen in rest of apple catalogue impressive, don't want spend more bucks it.

mba great piece of work, love it, want , , conscience in peace saving money other issues. mortal enjoys basic , reliable things in life...
 

after these years it's still 1 of best machines available. age shows though - screen isn't great , lacking today's standards that's it, no other major drawbacks. infact, areas better - classic design glowing logo on back, classic keyboard instead of beta butterfly-key 1 , around it's more beautifully designed today's macbooks. well, @ least in opinion.
