Apple Approves 'Notch Remover' App for iPhone X

apple appears have made exception rule developers "embrace notch" on iphone x, approving app called notch remover app store.

essentially, app add black bar across top of selected images user can manually assign wallpaper in ios settings.

result conceals existence of notch , adjacent "ears" looks solid black status bar along top of lock screen , home screen.

one-trick nature of app unlikely have been overlooked apple , approved in error, suggesting company doesn't interpret function violation of iphone x developer guidelines.
the notch houses apple's truedepth camera , face id technology, eats viewing area of oled display. existence has divided apple fans, many iphone x owners don't notice after few days or few hours device, after ceases issue them.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
