Apple Smart Keyboard Connection Issues


hi everyone,

began getting used ask ipp 12.9, , started giving me serious connection issues. ipp idle or sleeps, ask disconnects. , disconnecting smart connector , reconnecting fixes issues (which in annoying), , other times nothing works, including rebooting. , end sitting there hoping starts working again. , after umpteenth reconnect case, begins working again.

had similar issues? read somewhere apple had free replacement program going on these things, still case?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
