Resetting on its own


my iphone has been restarting past 2 weeks whenever decides to. when trying wake phone when it’s been inactive 20 minutes or so

try wake , receive vibrate when press home button screen remains black. after 10 seconds apple logo appears if did hard reset. happens approximately 10-15 times day

have iphone 8 plus recent updates installed, , appreciate help. contacted apple support , ran diagnostics remotely , claimed don’t have record of “unrequested restarts” on past 14 days

morning cleared phone cleared problem 3 hours before began again

please need phone work , pictures of son lol
 

shameless bump. 11.2 update did nothing, didn’t match symptoms optimistic

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
