Apple Watch randomly reboots with watchOS 4.2


i have ss apple watch series 2 , have been frustrated constant rebooting of watch newest software. after failed attempt apple support , searching internet, see other users having same issue series 1, 2 , 3 watches. seems though there's issue wifi , security protocol hospital wifi. work in hospital. noticed watch begin randomly rebooting when left work , either traveled home or got home , connected home wifi or vice versa. unpaired watch several times, installed , set new watch. temporary solution. else having issue and/or knows fix?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
