Delete unwanted preinstalled programs

i use mac job (custom applications) don't need many features on mac.
macos (incl latest os x) looks bloatware. why system full of callhistory (i don't own iphone), or calendar sync... when need computing resources need.
want delete:

• mail
• contacts
• calendar
• photos
• photo booth
• itunes
• chess
• facetime
• gamecenter
• ibooks
• launchpad
• maps
• time machine

wonder tried that?

 

delete/turn off want, know there's no easy way re-install many of default system apps (mail, calendar, etc.).
they're not using resources, save little bit of disk space, if they're not launched , running.
