Will you be setting up your new iPhone X as new or restoring from backup?


as title says, setting new iphone x new or restoring backup?

restore encrypted backup everytime upgrade new iphone i’ve been experiencing subpar battery life on iphone 7 plus think i’ll setting new iphone x new time around (getting delivered nov3rd)
 

using encrypted ios 11 backup. whole point of saving backup can restore phone in prompt manner. if people going set new iphone when else on par, why bother making backups?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
