Apple Please Give Us This ONE Feature!


having had iphone x day, overall , can’t go home button; focusing on display gestures real game changer! navigating ios has never been easier , swiping almost fun.

anyhow, there 1 glaring feature should have been no-brainer on x: “always-on display!” can take advantage of oled display aod. had time note 8, , it’s yuge feature come rely on notifications. eliminates having pick x off desk , directly or double tap notifications (something users voicing displeasure about).

..hopefully it’s in ios 11.3 , not “groundbreaking” exclusive feature on iphone xs;):mad:

maybe thought hurt
:apple: watch? after all, glancing @ phone screen easier flicking wrist.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
