iOS 11.2 Lock Bug


i noticed weird bug on device , wondering if else can replicate it.

tested device:
iphone 7 (ios 11.2)

steps:
1. launch app*
2. press sleep button while zoom-in app launch animation effect still playing.
3. try wake device pressing either home button or sleep button.

if done correctly, iphone remain in sleep mode when if press buttons. screen stay off , not enter lock screen. fact home button still clicks means ios hasn't crashed , stuck in state. plugging in power cable, however, make device work again.

* bug occurs when launching apps. i've observed both amazon , ebay apps, discord seems unaffected.

OWC Envoy Pro SSD Enclosure - Alternatives?

hi there! long time reader, first time poster! wondering if might able me out question. 2013 mbp w/ retina met unceremonious end courtesy of water damage. cost repair far worthwhile purchased replacement instead. however, turned out ssd (768gb!) appears ok. guy @ genius bar suggested third party external casing use (a) access data (since said apple charges $90cad or transfer over) , (b) use ssd external drive in future. kind enough remove ssd me. i found below option: https://eshop.macsales.com/item/owc/mau3envoypro/ i'm wondering if there other less expensive alternatives? couldn't find else online. owc enclosure not outrageously expensive i'm looking thrifty since don't plan on making use of it. thank much!   i in similar situation, 2013 500gb blade ssd after buying used rmbp mid 2015. noticed ssd installed 2013, complained , got later faster ssd plus keep ...
