iPhone X Notifications


hi

i'm having couple of little issues notifications on iphone x (set using previous iphone 6s):

  1. when notification text, whatsapp etc. comes through, simple says "notification" in place of name/phone number - relevant banner pops up, there no name or telephone number
  2. i'm getting email notifications junk email - it's going junk email folder, i'm getting notification never got before

i've had through notification settings, no joy...

for #1 issue, set default on iphone x, privacy concerns being has face id. you'll need go in settings > notifications > go each app , change 'show previews' always.

Other Unknown error

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
