Painfully slow Time Machine backup.

i know there's lot of factors go performance when comes tm backups, including bandwidth of medium, how fast drives are, how has changed man alive i'm backing 300gb of data , been going on over 3 hours , @ 200gb point. i'm estimating have @ least 2 maybe 3 more hours until finishes.

backup appears full backup, given had run tm backup (been using ccc) few months , tm cleaned external drive , amount of data seems correspond total amount of data on system disk.

comparison, carbon copy cloner ran 60 minutes backing on different external drive

i'm pull plug on this, planning on wiping drive , reinstalling os x. way running, i'll waiting day it, , i'll not have time actual work.

i'm posting vent btw. seems slow. i'm thinking drobo das have, never used slow

the performance going down. unless things improve, running @ 100 mb per 5 minutes translate 50 minutes per gigabyte. sad thing it's slowing down.

just update.
gave on time machine backup after 5 hours of letting run. i'm thinking somehow related drobo mini das, ccc able backup entire contents in hour. think may looking replace drobo, given me nothing headaches anyways.
