Bazaar iPhone6+ screen problem that only siri can fix

my iphone6+ has been working fine whole time until week ago when touch screen started become unresponsive , if left device unlocked phone open , close apps ghost. oddly if activate siri , ask inane question , go home screen can momentarily use touch screen again , use apps 20 seconds 10 mins depending on ghost phone feels like.

hardware issue can repaired?

screen hardly cracked know isn't problem. siri have touch screen?
