ipsw iOS 11.1.2 for ipad Pro?
i'm looking original ipsw file ipad pro 12.9in (2nd generation, wifi).
there links usual websites, such redmond pie, ipsw files downloaded these links don't work in itunes. tells me it's not compatible device, though description says should work both gen 1 , gen 2 ipad pro's.``

examined url linked on page, , seem refer apple cdn. mean it's safe? how come normal ipsws sites don't work? there anywhere can find official hash this, can verify it's not been tempered with?

it's not possible install ipsw files not signed apple. iow, if file has been tampered with, won't able install anyway.
ensure right file begin go device in itunes , click on serial number ipad until shows device identifier. make note of numbers , download firmware matches. use ipsw.me, since it's easier use. on website click ipad picture, type 2 numbers saw in itunes #,#. click picture shows.
