iMac late 2012 low voltage RAM memory


hello,

own imac 21,5 late 2012:

after hdd failure going replace ssd (samsung ssd 850 evo 2.5" sata iii 250 gb).
if opening imac replace hdd ssd, upgrade ram. installed ram 2x4gb replace 2x8gb.

in article nothing voltage (1,5v vs. 1,35 low voltage) , cl.

1. important, number of cl in ram?

2. possible buy low level voltage ram? or dual voltage?
