restore backup made in high sierra to sierra


hi guys title move high sierra , did backup time machine don't , of stuff don't work go sierra problem when try backup time machine problem source contains newer release of os x.
me don't need system need app , plugin please can please ;(
 

i had same problem you. upgraded macbook air 11" (2013) el capitan high sierra. unlike you, able restore time machine earlier backup (still made el capitan), after had reformatted ssd rid of apfs file system. accomplish used usb boot stick sierra install on it. before restore time machine possible, used disk utility provided reformat macintosh hd.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
