Watch isn't silencing notifications when already read on another device

has else experienced issue read message on computer or phone watch keeps giving notifications? i'm been having issue last couple of days , it's getting annoying. text come through , have messages active (in fact i'm typing in it, it's not inactive window) , watch ding haven't seen message. it's not messages though...it same vip emails well. fine until few days ago. i've been on 4.1 since came out , i've restarted watch several times along phone.

should point out yesterday when restarted watch, hit me on 20 notifications of older conversations (from hours earlier in day).

i have problem watch notifications well. series 0 os 4.1 iphone x 11.1.1

it’s getting annoying, message notifications used work in situations.
