Apple Pay Cash Account - Using in stores


i have apple pay cash account setup , have been able use @ mcdonalds. tried 2 other retail stores accept apple pay did not accept apple pay cash account.

how usage been trying use apple pay account pay goods @ retail store?

wonder if these stores did not work need update on end or take time roll out new feature???
 

my limited understanding merchant must a.) accept apple pay, , b.) accept discover cards in order apple pay cash work @ said merchant's pos terminal.

have not tried since have 0 interest in apple pay cash , have not configured on iphone.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
