iPad Battery Drain while plugged in?

anyone notice ipad battery drain while plugged in?

noticed last night ipad plugged-in battery draining, , draining fast—even has charging lightening bolt , shows charging) , noticed now, ipad plugged in ask,but battery draining.

what’s weird i’ve noticed on different charges , different cables (both expense 29w usbc lighting.)

got same issue this, can plugged in , looking charging , in sleep mode wake after couple of hrs , lost charge, have take charger out , put in again , starts charge, using 29w apple charger , usb-c lightning lead
