Huge problems with Maps in iOS 11.1.1

hello all,

i've been having wacky issues maps since ios 11 through 11.1.1. here issues:

1 - traffic randomly turns off, not triggered reboot randomly, plug phone carplay find traffic option on phone has been turned off. random , doesn't happen every day, once week.

2 - frequent locations not working. in ios 9 , 10, pop notification in morning when time leave work, or earlier if there major traffic. i've yet see 1 of these notifications pop in ios 11. tried clearing frequent locations , starting over, leads next issue...

3 - unable clear frequent locations. give me error saying "unable remove frequent locations" when trying remove them. got around resetting location & privacy data in settings.

4 - biggest gripe, unable remove recent searches , search history. tried doing maps on mbp 10.13.1, search history comes after while. uninstalled maps on iphone (which remove local data), reinstalled it, , of search history came right back. stuck in icloud , won't delete. can literally go through list of searches, remove 1 one , re-populate 1 right after other. bizarre.

5 - searching locations, location not centered. minor gripe, seems 100% of time when search work address (since doesn't pop automatically, point #1, can check traffic). result shows "briefcase" icon off-center, in corner of visible map.

i'm ready full nuke , reinstall (which sad since haven't had phone less month), i'm afraid whatever bad data stuck in icloud copy right over, without doing restore.

cursory google search on these problems returned little results, apple's support site.

has else experienced these issues or others maps in ios 11?

 

i have experienced #2. got notifications, on ios 10, relied on travel times widget. in 11.1, widget stopped working cleared frequent locations , started working again.
