Shipment Stuck in China......

my nov. 17 - nov. 24th shipment of sg 256, t-mobile iphone x, has been stuck in china since got original shipping date of nov. 14th. ups "my choice" showing delivery date today, tracking showed still in china(?) called ups morning, , told me wasn't ups's fault, apple has contractual agreement slows down.

let me tell have contractual agreement shippers (apple), limits amount of packages can handed on ups on given day, when amount exceeded, in case, packages may experience delays. need first complete packages given in previous days before can export shipped. best advise keep on tracking package on ups.com further updates.
