Buy Series 3 with cellular if carrier doesn’t support it yet?


our small cell service provider - cspire - not support cell service on apple watch series 3. buy series 3 cellular in anticipation of them supporting eventually? or better buy watch gps , upgrade after cspire can provide service? if so, recommend buying series 3 gps or series 2 on sale $50 less?
 

either buy gps watch or switch networks , lte. don’t buy lte expecting network add support.

have upgraded series 1 3 lte , think $50 worthwhile price series 3. it’s noticeably faster , siri usable.

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
