iCloud Sync Issue on iPad Pro


i have lot of files organized folders , subfolders on icloud. on macs, can select option ensures entire icloud drive synced internal ssd @ times. there option select offloads unused files, etc.

on ipad pro, cannot find similar option. want entire content of icloud drive replicated on internal storage, same macs. can of course browse drive , download individual files (there little cloud symbol next them) want entire drive on ipad offline viewing (like when i’m flying without wifi , want work done).

know how this?
 

no option @ moment.

wish add option similar photos - either optimize storage, or keep offline. in ios 12.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
