Warranty replacement with same serial number?


i got watch after being sent off repair. microphone randomly stop working. when picked apple store, guy said looks watch replaced. when got home, checked serial number , it’s same that’s on original box. contacted apple support see if clarify. said replacement , used same casing again. checked support website , contradicts apple telling me saying original problem microphone not replicated , original device has been shipped back. support person said able see more notes on end , appear replacement regardless of website says.

question, possible replacement have same serial number, ein, etc. original watch? apple telling me doesn’t sound right.

in advance!
 

to me sounds they’ve repaired watch, not replaced it.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
