Mail hangs


i've had problem through multiple versions of mail.

have send out emails 50-100 recipients time time. once i've entered 20 recipients, mail hang periodically after 4-5 additional addresses entered. force quit, reopen mail, , message saved draft , can continue. can tell happen, because dropdown list of used addresses stops popping when i'm typing new address.

frustrating , i've not seen reports on others, wonder if it's in installation. i'd love figure out , not have happen more.

thoughts?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
