ordered 2 items apple in same order. both shipped @ same time same place. first arrived yesterday, on time, 11.30-12.30 delivery slot dpd.

second inexplicably delayed 24 hours. despite being late — , there no warning or apology — delivery slot 16.30-17.30, literally latest slot i’ve ever had dpd.

planning ship item friend in netherlands christmas. it’s late use royal mail. earlier slot today — have been courtesy given delay — means won’t post office in time.

use carrier, cost 3 times much.

dpd uk worst company in world. furious.
 

bad time of year shipping , expecting on time. use dpd time time here in germany , find them okay. still prefer dhl...
