Transfer gifted X from AppleID

work giving me iphone x personal use gift. bought in own appleid account.
there way or benefit of trying transfer ownership own appleid?

expecting not able register it's serial in appleid, because has been bought different appleid , registered appleid?

have original receipt , work willing cooperate in potential transfer if possible.
