Disable special key appearing on screen

hello everyone,

think pressed unknown shortcut , have special key (command, alt, shift, fn, ctrl) appear on top right corner of screen.
quite annoying, sound.

i've been looking morning, tried unlock items on keyboard parameter nothing changed (as restart).

here screenshot of desktop example of "fn" key locked.

 

somehow enabled sticky keys under accessibility -> keyboard in system preferences. go in , uncheck option.
