iPhone X faulty wifi


bit miffed right now, has had dealings returning phone bought apple uk , getting replacement ? there waiting list? woman on apple support line had no idea short of stock of tens haha pretty clueless...

cant tell me after sales closed now, need wait call tomorrow let me know.

wifi isn't working properly, keeps dropping , getting 169 ip address. have tried resetting networks, setting new, using ipsw not set new itunes , beta , same. reset router , reserved ip address phone. still drops out randomly , displays 169 ip . need turn wifi off , on , works , manages address. doubt end have few apple, windows , android devices working fine.

fingers crossed have stock , screen decent, 1 perfect

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
