Trying to buy AppleCare Plus online - Diagnostic not executing...

i'm trying applecare plus iphone 8 online. enter in serial number, etc. shows device eligible, , type in phone number sends text w/ link diagnostic test. when click link, goes straight to...

seems link diagnostic isn't working. has else seen this? i'd prefer not have go in-store deal w/ purchasing of applecare +. in advance!
 

i having same issue , had same issue wife's iphone 8 day after came out. ended forgetting set on 8 cause tired of getting errors.

chalk servers being overwhelmed??? prefer not have make trip apple store simple thing. try giving support call monday see if can on phone.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
