Can't delete app


i can't delete amazon prime video atv 4k. tried highlighting, jiggling & pressing play/pause button on siri remote - , tried settings - general - manage storage & track can delete.

neither method works , amazon prime video remains.

have dev account - haven't removed profile did turn off beta updates see if made difference , did not. weird - trying due audio stuttering on amazon prime video. unplugged atv , restarted avr , went away.
 

unpaired atv & removed xcode. able uninstall amazon prime video & re-install app no issues.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
