FCPX bug or feature?

i exported (share) movie forgot turn optimized proxy.
realized mistake after finished. no big deal, change view optimized , re export. got pop window if want replace file same name , of course clicked yes. after second, automatically stopped , run previous file.
normal behavior? shouldn't try replace file instead of seeing same title , stopping?

it's not huge issue of course, deleted file , did whole thing again, found weird.
or me?
