Google G Suite email help


i have g suite account email address , personal domain managed:

www.adb.com
me@abc.com

have old domain within same google domains area:

www.xyz.com.

within google domains, www.xyz.com directs www.abc.com. good.

me@xyz.com won't direct me@abc.com. email sent xyz.com doesn't delivered anywhere , no message sent sender saying hasn't been delivered.

i've set email forwarding within google domains it's not working.

can explain how can make xyz emails directed abc (or @ least readable somehow!).

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
