mbp 13 2015 safari video flashes


whenever watch twitch tv stream on full screen in safari, there screen flashes @ random intervals showing inverse colors, , video becomes not smooth. else have this? software / apple issue? it's fine in chrome.

sierra 10.12.06, latest safari, updates, mbp 13 2015, i5.

don't think high sierra had when tried, switched hs because had complete os freeze while watching twitch once (the graphics messed when happened, if gpu failure).

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
