MP 1.1 squeezing the juice out

i've been lurking here years. guys have provided valuable information. went apple in 2013 , haven't looked much. started 2006ish mbp 2.4 ghz 17 inch (still use every day) , decided grab cheap mac pro off craigslist same year. main use logic x.

el cap
2x 2.66 ghz quad core xeons
64 gb used ebay non-apple ram (heatspreaders)
240gb silicon power ssd boot drive adapter fit 3.5 inch drive sled
seagate 1tb 3.5 internal mavericks , win7 bootcamp partition
broadcom bcm94360cd ac wifi + bt 4.0
nvidia msi gtx 660 "twin frozr iii" 2gb

love machine. has been fun keeping it's head above water speak. no boot screen boots fast makes no difference me.

wifi hasn't worked since being installed... seems turn on , off , endlessly use ethernet. bt not detected @ all. did pram reset , didn't help. reseated card , nothing. thinking have dud.

working , me 1 of fancy apple trackpads , keyboard. i'm still hanging on 2005 logitech g5. might time change there.

also, gpu upgrade idea? haven't kept video cards , don't know why ended 660 gtx. wouldn't mind trying destiny 2 in bootcamp.

pretty sure gtx 660 enough, , try upgrading processors 2,1 3 ghz ones, if recall shipped with. else, think might have gets.

totally irrelevant, nice tip carry around validate fonts , check duplicates within font book. onyx , run procedures. repair disk permissions too. these increase performance fair amount, if you're interested.
