Using iBooks app with OLED screen

hi,

i’m still waiting pre-order ship (damn uk apple website) , haven’t had chance @ in apple store...

wondering white-on-black reading in ibooks (or similar matter) app oled screen. can tell me it’s like? i’m interested in how looks reading in dark.

in brief comparison made last night, black background seemed more solidly black on oled on 7 plus - there wasn’t sense of black image being backlit…

think looks better, , potentially easier read from.

white text seems warmer, think that’s more effects of true tone.

i’m curious whether apple optimised layout of text in ibooks x display. seems there’s little wasted space in margins , header & footer. bad in landscape view (again, compared against plus).

having said that, love x , reading text on wonderful. it’s whether book layout can improved upon in update, or need adjust to.
